I am so excited that Fall is here and persimmon season has arrived! While enjoying the World Series game with friends (Go Giants!), I offered to make dessert. So during the 7th inning stretch, I prepared this simple recipe (listed below) for a little natural sweet. All that’s needed is a persimmon, coconut oil and cinnamon to taste. Health never tasted so good!
Directions (serves 2):
1. Slice persimmon thinly
2. Place 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan and heat on med-high to melt
3. Lay persimmon slices in hot pan. Flip after 1-2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
