Nutrition tip # 2: follow the plate method and create your plate with 1/2 leafy greens (seasonal and organic), 1/4 lean protein (organic chicken, fish, turkey, etc), and 1/4 whole grain starch (quinoa, brown rice, etc) for 2 of your 3 daily meals. Image taken from WebMD.
