Breakfast this morning – A green blended drink is my favorite way to start the day. Try this recipe.
Ingredients: Kale (2 cups) + Hemp protein powder (1 serving) + Granny Smith apple (1 fruit) + lemon (juice from 1/2 fruit) + bell pepper (1/2 veg) + Stevia (1/2 packet) + water (to fill).
Instructions: Place all ingredients in blender (I use a Nutri Bullet) and blend until smooth. Add more water for desired consistency. Top with coconut and 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds. Enjoy in health!
